The Swap

It's time for the swap! Coordinate logistics with your swap partner, such as key exchange and check-in instructions. Enjoy the comforts of their home while they explore and experience yours. After the swap, provide feedback and reviews to further enhance the community experience.

What is NOMA ?

A bit like a free Airbnb and a free WeWork combined. Our community includes digital nomads, travelers, and businesspeople who exchange their homes or offices during trips, allowing them to travel with complete safety and zero additional costs for accommodation or workspace.

How does NOMA work?

NOMA connects homeowners or businesspeople to “swap” their space in a 1-for-1 exchange, without paying one another, completely for free. After downloading the app, you will be able to list your house or office. Simply add details such as your location, features, and home/office offerings (WiFi speed, monitor, desk and chair type) and of course some photos.

Once your property listing is created, you will be able to swipe through homes or offices ready for swapping from around the world. Using the filter, you can narrow down the options to find the perfect match for you – based on location, rooms, equipment and much more. Do you like what you see? Swipe right! Not a match? Swipe left. If the owner of the property you “liked” also liked yours, then you have a “match.” Yes. It is also kind of a tinder. You can now chat with the owner to see if there is a fit, and to discuss travel plans.

If your travel plans line up and the owner is someone you would feel comfortable opening your home or office to, then confirm your swap and book your travel. Your stay at the property will be 100% free!

Is NOMA safe?

As a premium member of NOMA you’re covered by our Home and Contents Protection for every swap organised and confirmed through NOMA App. This is at no extra cost to you. Underwritten by global insurer, GUARDHOG, our Home and Contents Protection offers property damage, theft, and public liability protection up to $1 million USD.

After all, it’s unlikely you’ll need it — but it’s there if you do.So you can go away with one less thing to worry about.
